I’m not very impressed with the overall quality and management of Paul’s taxi service. I’m fully wheelchair dependent and near enough every time where I’ve been in pressing need of his help, he’s always failed to deliver and pulled out the odd excuse that it’s due to illness, being away, or actually being bothered to travel to where I’m located.
Exceptional service. Paul was accommodating on what was a complicated journey. He was patient, conscientious and punctual. His service is 5* Highly recommended.
It's great to be able to have a reliable, trustworthy wheelchair taxi like Paul in your contacts list! Better than any of the bigger companies where you can't book in advance.
Booked this taxi to take my father in law from his respite care home, Saltford, to his new permanent care home at Temple Cloud. Geoff turned up on time, and helped my mother in law with the luggage abd moving my father in law. Will recommend this taxi service to anyone needing an adapted vehicle. Many many thanks guys
