Do not have Russian eyelashes as this is not the correct beauty treatment you are paying for, it took 20min to Do and I litually had weekend lashes stuck to all my lashes, which when confided in another lash recognition she told me go back Asap as these was not correctly done, I had nothing but irritation with them and when I went back the beauticians was unable to remove the lashes their self and for starters couldn't see me straight away I was very annoyed at this and was told to go home soften the glue myself and go back on Tuesday this was all said on the Saturday and had the lashes done on the Thursday 1st Feb. I finally got them off myself after buying my own lash remove out of a pack of bought individual lashes, my eyes are very sore and my own lashes have been damaged. Russians lashes are suppose to be individually made by the technician and takes up to 1-2 hours for a full set, and put to each of your individual lash not loads of your lashes. They put cluster lashes on me which are used as weekend lashes and stuck them to a number of lashes. I did have money back but all in all service and apology carp. Pictures have been taken and considering taking it further. NO PATCH TEST TAKEN. 7thheavenabertillery

Terrible . Asked for a service and was told that she knew better . And was then told i could not just walk in and then she couldent lg into her computer. And when i questioned i was told the sallon are taking over . And to come back as there will be new front desks etc and run better with better service . So why dont the staff offer better service now . And how can a new owner make the staffs skills better . Total joke . And to then hear them say what do i know afterwards ...... for tour information im qualified but enjoy a little pampering and paying your wages . So really bad experience and would never recomend to anyone . Joke company .

Avoid this place like the plague . The girl who works there is extremely rude and when questioned becomes degrading and condesending . If you do book avoid sarah as she should not work directly with customers

Had semi permanent brows done here for the first time in 2014 and they were amazing. Sadly the top up wasn't quite so amazing and had to go back and forth a few times to have some lasering done to remove part of the brow that was uneven. Was due to have another brow top up recently but the salon was so disorganised I left without having the treatment done. My appointment time was written down incorrectly and when I questioned this I wasn't happy with the abrupt response I received. I've given 3 stars to the salon because Becky really does do amazing semi permanent eyebrows and she is very friendly, as are most of the other staff. However, I personally won't be returning due to the poor service I received.

Great salon, talented team, nice friendly atmosphere, I really love mu hair and all of my treatments.
