Arrived a little after 5.40pm on a weekday and wanted to order crepes for my kids' end of school treat to be informed there was no hot food as they "turn off the cookers at 5.50", fine as it's not yet 5.50, "oh, actually we turn them off at 5.40pm"!  So, not a place that scores highly on customer satisfaction nor consistency of policy when is last orders for hot food; 5.40 or 5.50 and why don't you make customers aware of this and why stay open until 6pm if half your menu isn't available until then?. Opted to order ice cream x 4 different flavours and they were all mediocre.  Net; bad customer satisfaction, dirty tables, zero ambience, mediocre ice cream and not even a goodbye from the woman serving at the counter for our custom.  We'll be giving you a wide berth in the future, 7sins.
