I had a lovely visit at the 7 days spa Chapel Market, I had a Hollywood wax for my very first time and Anita the beautician made me fell very comfortable and secure.Anita then gave me a nice pedicure. My feet looks so nice and presentable, I highly recommend this place especially if you need someone gentle and quick with Hollywood waxing. Thans you Anita for a lovely service.
I regularly get Thai massages and was excited to try 7 Day Spa after my usual place was fully booked last week. My first experience was great—I had a 45-minute massage with a therapist named B, who did a fantastic job. The massage was exactly what I needed, with just the right amount of pressure. Based on that experience, I decided to return today and booked a 60-minute session with a different therapist. Unfortunately, this time around, the experience was completely different—and not in a good way. From the moment the massage began, it felt more like a light oil rub than a proper massage. The therapist simply poured oil over me and gently moved her hands over my skin, with almost no pressure at all. I tried to politely ask for more pressure, but she responded by telling me that she was tired because she had seen seven clients today. This was not only disappointing but also unprofessional. While the receptionist at the front desk was very professional and helpful, today's experience was the worst massage I have ever received. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived, which is the exact opposite of what a massage should do. What is more frustrating is that not only did this feel like a waste of £60, I feel like I was being pranked because of how bad this massage was. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to 7 Day Spa. This would have been a 1 star review, had it not been for the polite receptionist and my experience with B last week. In conclusion, it seems to be hit or miss. What a shame.
I had a pregnancy massage over the weekend at the 7 day spa. I was really excited for my massage I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant and really wanted to find somewhere I can go regularly for a massage. As I just moved to the area I wanted somewhere near by as I can’t walk much right now being so heavily pregnant. I booked with them over the phone and was told to bring in cash as soon as I came into the spa I was asked to pay before my treatment. Which I did. The therapist came into the room did not introduce her self and just asked me how many weeks pregnant I was I said 36 weeks. She then looked confused walked out to ask another therapist a question then came back in. I had no consultation, was not asked if the pressure was ok, I had to stop her to apply less pressure as she was hurting me. But she didn’t seem like she understood. The whole one hour was her just digging her thumbs into me. I didnt even get a head and neck massage she did not know what the hell she was doing. I was hoping it will get better but it did not. I then got dressed and complained at reception. I was told I should have stopped the therapist within 15 minutes for a full refund but how was I to know this? I was promised someone will call me but no one did. I was not even offered a glass of water or tea. I feel like I been scammed. Seriously, I left so upset and exhausted I will never go back.
I’ve had a shoulder massage here before and it was very firm but enjoyable. Yesterday I returned for a 30 min back and shoulder massage to help loosen me up before a holiday. I am in so much pain today. I have literal bruises on my back. I’ve never left a treatment feeling like this before. During the massage I cried out in pain a few times. The therapist Patti asked me “are you okay?”’ to which I said “it’s very tender there” or “it is painful” but I don’t think she understood me and she just kept going. I lay there with gritted teeth wondering why she was pummelling the back of my ribcage with such force. I can appreciate a firm massage and always prefer them but this was another level - I feel like I’ve been beaten up and can’t sleep on my back. This is particularly annoying as I’m going on holiday today and the discomfort I’m in is very much ruining the holiday spirit! Needless to say I won’t be coming back.

The nail polish was awful and just added liquid to make it runny, the environment was dirty, and her pulse was not straight as per nails. I had to get them repainted elsewhere. And for this shoddy job and filthy environment £27 in cash!
Waxing and nails by Aneela always. I am very happy with her skills and lovely personality. Always enjoyable experience and very good service. She is experienced and very pleasant! I also had my amazing massage by a lovely lady whose name I didn’t remember, but I think she is called Reema or Reem. My back is hurting lately and she has done such a great job. I am always very happy with the service here and I must say they got the best massage … I am all pampered now and I should sleep like a baby tonight. Thank you !!!! Can’t wait to come again …
Saniye at 7 day spa is incredible - she makes me feel so comfortable doing my waxing. I am disabled on my leg and sometimes it can be a little difficult for me to move in certain positions, she is patient and kind and works with me always. I will continue to go back and be a client of hers. Highly recommend!

I’ve just had a facial with Nina and it was incredible! It was so relaxing and soothing! She also did an amazing head and scalp and shoulder massage which was the perfect addition. I will definitely be back!
