The customer service was awful. I bought soup and bread plus a latte £11.25. The customer service wasn't great at all they was too busy getting the table full. The soup was very watery not much vegetables in it, it wasn't nice I bin it. Also the scone was very small definitely not worth £7.25. The coffee isnt strong either. I wouldnt go back.
We stopped by C4 Coffeehouse for lunch and were really impressed with the setup — spacious, cozy, and full of charm. It’s definitely the kind of spot you’d want to linger in for a relaxed meal or coffee catch-up.nnWe ordered the chicken goujons and fries for our little one, the beef & bird bagel with sweet potato fries, and the sweet chili chicken goujon wrap which came with a fresh side salad. For drinks, we had a lemonade super refreshing! and an oat cappuccino that was really good as well.nnOverall, the food was really nice. The sweet chili wrap was tasty and satisfying. The chicken goujons for the child, though, were a little on the dry and chewy side. And with the beef & bird bagel, we found the cumin flavour a bit overpowering — the seasoning didn’t quite match the rest of the ingredients, and the chicken inside was also on the dry side.nnThat said, the atmosphere and service made it a lovely lunch stop. Would still recommend it, especially for the coffee and cozy vibe — just a few tweaks to the food and it would be spot on.
What a fantastic genuine spot for a stop. The facility is very cosy and comfortable. My family and I thought we’d have breakfast here and were blown away by the inside. Sure on a nice day there’s lovely seating outside and it’s in the sun so it’s lovely, but the walk beauty is on the inside. Photos are a good indication. The staff were lovely and the meals were fast and very reasonably priced. Coffee was great too. If your passing through or feel like a good breakfast and or coffee is definitely recommend 4C. I’ll be back
I was treated to a birthday breakfast here by my son and grandson. I found it very disappointing that the waffles were not freshly made, but tasted like packet ones. Also, the maple syrup was very sugary maple flavour syrup, which is very different from the real thing. My grandson's pancakes were also not freshly made. The atmosphere and service was good, but I don't think I will be back.
Great wee place to go for food. Ordered a 4C Fry. The food was great. Just don't understand when on the menu it's says potato bread and soda bread. You only get half of one??? See, from the photo, you only get half a soda and half a potato bread. Why?? Actually, nothing much on the plate is much bigger than the small butters. Great service and friendly staff.
