I just noticed the only review for here was a one star! I could not believe it as everything about it - therapists, treatments, ambience is a 5 star for me. Always an absolute pleasure to visit and I have never been less than delighted with the results.

Never had treatments there - just popped in, out of desperation, for an enquiry about acne treatment. The lady who answer my questions appeared to be sympathetic but not very helpful. The other therapist happened to be there, just stared, no smile.  I left the shop feeling uncomfortable and awkard, wondering if I didn't look rich enough, white enough to be their client.  That was my emotional reaction then which doesn't mean they are, but such negative first impression last!
