Richard and Kelly at the Raynor Road branch are wonderful!  They helped my child switch from glasses to lenses. Both shown endless patience, kindness and provided information and education so my child could understand. My son skipped into school today with more confidence than iv ever seen him have. I must say the young girl that served me could not have been more helpful if she had been my own daughter. Nothing was too much trouble. Even with picking out my frames she was very honest in what suited me. The advice from the optician was outstanding.  I shall be going back again in the future and recommend this shop to all my family and friends.

Don’t appreciate being spoken to like a child by so-called optician Alex. Went in for an eye test and for the first 15 minutes all I received was a lecture about why I shouldn’t be buying lenses online. I understood but this “optician” proceeded to research said company telling me they were based in Amsterdam, have no valid registered company number etc. - all this information is being read off a computer screen! Could care about whether or not I should be buying lenses, I know what I am buying! I am buying the same product you guys prescribed me in 2016, so don’t try and tell me I don’t know what I am buying or if the product is safe to use. I understand you want me to line your pockets with my hard earned cash by purchasing lenses off you but speaking to me like a child and telling me what I am to do and what I am not to do doesn’t go down well with me. Literally felt like walking out as I felt I was in a lecture. Reluctantly paid the £25 fee and walked off. Won’t be returning.
