A perfect location to please all your sugary needs. Heavenly Desserts certainly lives up to its name. The place is very nice and has a great vibe to it. A great location for a date accompanied by a large variety of desserts. The quantity of the desserts is decent for the slightly high prices that you will pay. Certainly a top 3 dessert place in Cardiff!
Truly one of the best desserts I've ever had. Lots of variety in terms of choice, and what's more the prices are quite reasonable. Most of the seating is downstairs, but it is a little small compared to other dessert parlours. Service was quite fast, staff were very welcoming, the quality of food was excellent and I enjoyed my visit! Definitely recommended.
Generous portions. Lovely tasting desserts. Omg that white chocolate was heavenly. Highly recommend! Not too busy either.
The staff is extremely friendly, it is very clean, and is reasonably priced. It is also open late, so it is very convenient for a dessert after shopping or other business in Cardiff.
Not a bad place at all to stop off at. An American style dessert restaurant with pancakes, waffles, milkshakes and cake, ice cream and drinks. Not homemade, but decent portions. Decent value.
Absolutely stunning! Very polite staff, extremely clean and nicest waffle I've ever had, even had a free cake to go home with because they forgot about my coffee, extremely impressed, will be returning, thank you so much xx

Unbelievable first experience ordering from these guys on Deliveroo food was really well packaged, was amazing value with 20% off when you spend over £10 and the food was absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend these guys and am very much considering going to the actual cafe tomorrow to give it a trial in person too. Beautiful. Highly recommend the Very Cherry Sundae.
The waffles are really tasty, well presented and good value. Unfortunately the staff are not very organised and even though it was not busy they managed to get my tables order wrong three times and another table a few times also. Hopefully it was a one off and can easily be rectified with a bit of training.
Absolutely the best ice-cream I've had in Cardiff and so cheap for what you get. I can't recommend enough! Simply delicious!
