Really happy with the service I received from Craig and Paul when buying my first home. I literally had no clue about mortgage offers, rates etc but Craig explained everything to me and no question was felt to be a silly one or left unanswered. He stayed in touch with updates regularly, he’s really friendly and goes above and beyond to fit your schedule. Nothing was ever a problem so 100% recommend him and the whole company :
313 financial were amazing. Craig made the mortgage process and breeze and was always at hand to answer our questions and reassure us when things got a little confusing. With being first time buyers it’s a lot of information to take in but Craig made us feel at ease and his advice was fantastic. Nichola sorted our life insurance and ensured we got the best policy to cover our needs and the best deal on the market. I would 100% recommend 313 to everyone. Thanks to Paul C on all his hard work for our recent mortgage. It definitely wasn't a smooth ride due to multiple issues in our purchasing chain but Paul was patient and supportive the whole way through. He gave us great advice and broke things down so that we felt we could make an informed decision. Not the first time we have used Paul for our mortgage needs and won't be the last either.
