On 18th Sept, it was a family wedding in Straford Upon Avon and we booked 247 Taxis Unicorns to do different journeys for the bride and the family of 32. We were in Stratford Upon Avon for a family holiday for one week. Our family was flying in at Heathrow and Birmingham. We used 24x7 taxis and were very pleased with the relaible and efficient service. We also used the taxis for our disabled wheelchair bound family members, two of them. Its a well managed firm. Many thanks.
Phoned them on 29 Dec and nobody answered their phone. No answering service, just rang and rang. Filled out their on-line booking form on 30 Dec in the morning and they promised to confirm booking shortly. 24 hours later and no response from them. If they cannot be contacted, I cannot imagine their taxi service being any good.
Wouldn't drive from Stratford upon Avon to Aston cantlow 4 miles away to take me to Alcester with a bike, even if I had to pay a tip.
