24hr Aquaflow are contracted to the commercial building that I manage and they have always provided a fantastic service - especially considering some of the challenges faced during the years I have used them. All the engineers are professional, efficient and ensure the work is done to a high standard. I would highly recommend them!
I have to say Aquaflow are absolutely fantastic. As soon as you send a purchase order over to them, they respond within about 5-10 minutes acknowledging your order and they give you an ETA within minutes. They send over the engineer's reports as soon as they have them, I don't think I've ever had to chase. Extremely reliable, responsive, professional company. Exemplary service. Please do not change Aquaflow! Chloe, Robyn and Demi always so helpful those were the main people I was in contact with. Thank you for always being so great when I used you at the company I worked for. :
Absolutely poor presentation of this company in public. Aggressively and unnecessarily overtook drivers only to put the company car in a keep clear box then continued to try to squeeze drivers off the road when two lanes merged. As business you can not drive in such an obnoxious manner.
They were working at a nursery and decided that pouring down sand/cement down public drain is ok. and also in recycling bin
Fantastic Service from start to finish would highly recommend this company
