Stephen has picked me and my partner up a few times now to take us to the hospital etc.. he has always been very friendly, excellent driving and always wishes us well when he’s dropped us where we need to be. He is a credit to your taxi firm. He’s very professional but easy to talk too as well.
Pick up on time. No problem getting 3 suitcases in boot. Got there in good time. Driver avoided all the traffic on the motorway.
Do not waste your time with this company. I booked a taxi and was told it would arrive in 15 minutes. Twenty minutes later, I called to inquire about the delay and was then informed that they had canceled my taxi because they were overbooked without even notifying me. Do not waste your time and rely on this company.
Needed a wheelchair accessible taxi to take my elderly neighbour to Bentley Bridge to celebrate his 70th birthday. Booked one the day before to take us there and bring us back, no problem. 30 minutes before we are due to be picked up 247 cars phone us to cancel. 30 minutes on a Sunday evening to find alternative travel for a wheelchair user Had to cancel his birthday dinner as no-one else had an accessible taxi at such short notice.
