Most arrogant, ignorant man I've ever spoken to. Tried to book a taxi this morning for an appointment at 11 am and apparently it's his busy time so no way he can do the trip today Clearly, a 20 min taxi isn't long enough for him, I'd never recommend this company to anybody they are beyond useless, This man was the definition of obnoxious, and extremely disappointing considering my family uses this company all the time, not any more they won't
Extremely poor service, I booked a taxi on Wednesday for Sunday to go from Abergele to Dolgarrog at 23:00 all was fine with the booking, until today Friday 14/04/2023 when I got a phone call cancelling because they finish at 19:00!!! Talk about a joke, never mind I've booked with Dales.
I phoned on behalf of my daughter who was arriving by train alone and needed a taxi. Lyn Ann was booked up but went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was picked up as soon as she could to ensure she was safe, I just want to say thank you so much for your service it was very much appreciated.
Booked for a hen do, messaged morning before saying everything ok. Had another call 6pm same evening to say they couldn’t drive us 1pm the next day. Gave them a second chance for the wedding. Phoned to check all was ok, they said they had meant to tell us they couldn’t accommodate us. Spoke to the taxi side who agreed to do 2 pick ups on the Sunday- didn’t turn up leaving my 80 year old in laws sat in reception at midnight. Luckily my husband found a driver who was actually in bed got up and picked us up. So would not recommend at all.
Recently used Lyn An for Manchester airport return journey . Both drivers were superb Paul & Dave , with Dave having to accommodate a delayed Jet2 arrival of nearly 2 hours at no extra charge Service and price are excellent - would fully recommend and would definitely use again . Thank you Lyn An from grateful Fletcher family .

What an appalling company this is. Never use them or try to again. 1st time they were supposedto pick me up from vet in pouring rain. Waited 40 mins tried to call no answer. Let them off. Called them from hospital on Thursday after hip replacement surgery. As is normal precedure 2 nurses took me down on a wheelchair. Taxi turned up and flatly refused to take me. Told him I only needed to sit in car with crutches but he said Im not an ambulance and I cant cope with THAT. He drove off. Nurses were stunned. They will be telling hospital not to use this company. What an appalling man and an abysmal company. Wait for it....I LIVE IN THEIR ROAD!!!!! Not good for their PR....
I phoned to enquire prices from station to caravan park as I have just purchased a caravan locally , was told very abruptly that he did not pick up holiday makers .Was quite shocked with his abrupt reply so my friend phoned to explain that it would probably be a weekly trip but again was spoken to in an abrupt and nasty tone . Should not be in business if he can’t speak to customers or prospective customers with respect .
Brilliant service have used these taxis for a few years now never had a problem .The drivers have become friends cant do enough for you .Prompt service and reliable .
