A great little dealership. The staff are friendly and always accommodating. 
A good selection of bikes and accessories. The servicing prices are reasonable and there’s no worries about being over charged or the job not being done properly. 
They have a nice little waiting area with free tea & coffee which is always a bonus when waiting for an MOT/service. Highly recommended.

I have had historical problems with this dealer but as I now live quite close to them. I simply wanted to phone and check if they has a battery in stock for my Honda, the call system told me I can't talk to anyone about this. I have a choice of paying for the part if I know the part number OR coming in to the shop in person. Frankly this is hardly what I would call client service as I don't want to wait until the weekend to find out that they don't have one! It is really a pity as I have 2 Honda's but I have not been convinced they have improved

I was booked for a service and MoT. Had a few problems that made me run late. The staff were great on the phone and didn't take the mickey at all, despite the delay in my arrival being a real rookie error. We did have a chuckle about it though.

Hello to everyone who is Servicing at 21st moto, the so called (5 star workshop with a team of trained Technicians) I have Serviced my motorcycles at Honda Dealers for 8 years, to my convenience I have tried 21st moto, and I can say that they are overcharging customers for doing as little as possible, I am in doubt if they even checked the bike properly or just changed the oil and filter as any other service can do. I am very unhappy and will stay anonymous to avoid hassles, I just want to inform my fellow motorcyclist. The reason is, Not a single Sliding, Pivoting, Rotating Point was Greased or Lubricated. There was no Adjustment to Clutch and Thortle freeplay. The Chain was not cleaned and lubricated, but only lubricated from one side of chain….. that means one side of O rings. And lastly, The Motorcycle was not even washed after Service, what you Certainly get in a 5 star Workshop.!!! I am not a Trained Technician as in 21st moto, but I know basic stuff, and this service was one of the worst I got on all my motorcycles. Avoid
