The post office guys are really accommodating and helpful I had my dogs meds sent here no problem ( they arrived early, days before we did) and they took a DPD delivery as well.

The cafe is lovely, good coffee and cake, the take out food is tasty, the local seafood is outstanding we've had a couple of dressed crabs over the years always great but then it is straight out the sea.

Had a very enjoyable potato soup and roll to see me on to Bamburgh Castle.   Shame the weather wasn't too kind.

Great place for breakfast. The staff were helpful, friendly and service was quick. Also, I was really excited to see an example of cafe/post office/shop all under one roof, something that I think is going to protect essential rural village services in the future.
