Called Terry out re leak in kitchen...Fast, efficent, reliable and above all rectified the problem immediately. No hesitation in using again

Very pleased with the work Terry done for us. Fitted new toilet a few months ago and recently had heating repaied. would not hesitate to call Terry back for any future work if needed.

We had a problem with our toilet that wouldn't flush and contacted Terry who came out the next day. He was very friendly and courteous. There was an issue with the cistern bolts as they had rusted up and were impossible to undo but Terry went above and beyond and put a great deal of effort into removing them so that we wouldn't need to pay to replace the entire toilet. Once the parts were replaced, he made sure that everything was working and there were no leaks.

Overall he was very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Highly recommended.
