Can't fault David and his crew, he fitted our boiler six years ago and we go back to him every year for service etc.  Nice to deal with, tidy and knowledgeable when they're here and always contactable.  This visit we called him on Sunday evening as heating didn't come on, David took the call and knowing we had a young family was here on Monday morning having preemptively picked up the part he thought we needed from our description of what happened so was able to fix there and then.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Lovely friendly staff from talking on the phone to the two gentlemen who came to service my boiler. They carried out all the checks quickly and professionally and were on time. They even happily answered all my questions! Will 100% use again when needed for a service or more. Thank you for a quick easy job done! Thoroughly recommend.

5*s all the way from the initial contact, through to the survey and then the installation. The guys were superb, no challenge was too big (my previous boiler was in a tight kitchen cupboard above the sink) and all completed without a moan. I was really impressed with the installation and the house was left very clean and tidy afterwards. The price was very competitive and value for money. If you are looking for a Boiler Installer, especially one specialising and accredited by Worcester Bosch, then look no further.

A fantastic service provided at every step. From the initial survey until the job was completed, the team offered a very professional service; offering advice and explanations along the way. When my old boiler decided to die, I did my research and decided I wanted to go for a particular boiler; after talking through with David, he suggested a slightly different model and I am very pleased that not only that I did listen, but David actually suggested the better option. I would highly recommend them if you want an honest service, provided by a professional, friendly and not to forget funny team. :-)

Our boiler was over 30 years old and I did a lot of research into boiler companies and boiler makes, I had various quotes, and I also spoke to Worcester Bosch themselves and every time 1st Call Services stood out for me - I was nervous at first as I had been bitten before with work in my house, and having a wife who is terminally ill I have to make sure she is comfortable with any new people being onsite - but these guys are brilliant - David, Scott and Dwayne not only removed my old boiler, but they also moved a new boiler install to the loft (no mean feat in itself), and had to reroute all electrics, pipes and cables and install new radiators - they were always courteous and empathetic to me and my wife, and always good fun with some great banter - but most importantly they did a great job and I am very impressed with their neatness and the neatness of the new installation considering the conditions in our loft - thorough recommend them !
