This place is a hidden gem that we didnt know about until recently. My little girl is train obsessed and we happened to find this lovely little place. The staff were so nice too and we stopped for cake and hot choc. We will definitely be back. :

Lovely building and quirky features from the past. Nice outdoor area to have a beer and watch the world go by.

Lovely family meal, staff were welcoming and helpful. Our food was delicious on the whole but l do feel that both orders of plaice and chips with mushy peas were very dry and had been either overcooked or kept warm while other food was being prepared, still an enjoyable visit and will return.

Sausages a bit on the fatty side, atmosphere friendly, welcoming & peaceful.  Stunningly clean & tidy, definitely go there again x

Nice place food good

Nice friendly staff in the Cafe and bar where you can get everything from tea/coffee and cake to a sausage bitty and a beer.

Lovely place to have a lunch and a natter. Food is delicious, I recommend you save room for dessert! Staff are friendly and very welcoming. The area is great for watching trains go by or just sitting and watching time fly by

Great food, great service and for a rail buff it's a day out !!!
