AVOID THIS COMPANY. I accidentally ordered 2 brackets, I tried to call them before they shipped but they never answered the call on several attempts, the brackets arrived fast but when we opened we found it didn't actually fit our specific TV like was stated. We tried sending emails, calling and using their returns form for the unopened bracket over a few days and go no response at all. Absolutely no customer service.
Excellent experience. Bracket arrived within 24 hours of ordering by courier and works well. The only comment is what I thought I was ordering was an Alba specific flat screen bracket but what arrived was a universal flat screen bracket. It doesn't seem to matter as the TV is over 5 years old and all fits as it should but Alba wall fitting instruction were specific on back screw lengths and the ones supplied were slightly longer. One other comment on the fitting instructions - they are IKEA based - and common sense was more useful. How the tilt mechanism works is unclear - I assume it is based on the shape of the metal hump on the TV fixing plate. Adjusting once the TV is hanging is difficult as there is limited space and no allen key feature so it is virtually impossible to change without dismantling , tightening the retaining screw and re-installing. But at £20 it is great value for money and looks very good quality.
TV bracket arrived broken. The screw bag was also open and screws missing. No response after sending two emails so far. Not impressed at all so far.
Ordered a tv wall mounting bracket for the kids bedroom in the caravan at 11:56AM 1/10/19. This was delivered via Royal Mail 11:03AM 2/10/19. £7.95 all in! Fantastic quality product that came with all fixtures, fittings & wall plugs. Have seen bad reviews prior to my order but you have to take things as you find them. I carefully selected the make, model & screen size of my tv on the website & was provided the correct product. Excellent product & service, will use again
So as it says next day delivery and not received the item after 5 days. How many stars would you give yourself based on outcomes. I will wait and see how many more days. I wanted to give no stars but that isn't allowed. 9 Days later. So I finally managed to talk to the sales dept at 123 Brackets and the couriers had lost the item, this had to be investigated. I was told another would be dispatched again and it has arrived. I am very pleased with the bracket and the way it is packed with all kinds of screws that should fit your TV. If it wasn't for the delay I would have given 5 stars.. I'm a happy bunny now.
AVOID AVOID AVOID! TERRIBLE Ordered a tv bracket from this company, wanted to return it as it wouldn't get here in time. Used their returns form on their website the day after i received the parcel, and i didnt hear anything back for 7 days. Tried to call about 10 times with no answer. Had to open a paypal dispute to even hear back from them. They offered a refund if i returned the item but only gave a PO box address which a parcel of this size cannot be delivered to, after saying that to them and wasting £15 trying to deliver it to them they then ignored me and didnt reply to me so i had to escalate it with paypal and they still havent given me or paypal an address i can send this bloody thing back to! I has been nearly two months!
**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** I ordered to TV wall mount bracket based on next day delivery, but never received the item. The courier tracker said that the bracket was with them, but they couldn't find it, and it would take at least 5 days to investigate. 123 Brackets were less than interested in chasing the courier so I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was told that a refund would not be processed until the item was returned - which is ridiculous as why should they retain my payment after not receiving the item. After several attempts to get my money back I have now left it in the hands of my credit card company to obtain a refund. If you want an easy transaction - I suggest going elsewhere!!
Ordered the bracket, and as soon as order was placed I changed the address by contacting the customer service team which was done promptly. Bracket arrived late and was left outside in the garden without a card for 3 days until I contacted them to say I would like to return it as I had now purchased another one because I thought the delivery had been delayed. I asked for a return but they kept sending me the same email again advising me how to do a return. I suggested getting my postage back however I was made to feel it was my fault not theirs for the late delivery and leaving my item outside unattended. I then asked to be contacted by a manager, 2 weeks later still haven't heard anything. Very dissapointed.
