Story

My Philosophy - "A journey of passion"

"My Vision is simple;

Firstly, to create a unique dining experience for my guests. The second is to give young people who've faced enormous challenges, the opportunity to share my passion and drive for cooking, to teach them my gift and philosophy and hopefully change their life for the better.

Went for the 7 course taster menu tonight and what a little gem this place turned out to be. Not the exact location you would imagine for the standard of excellence and you could quite easily miss it you haven’t planned ahead. Every single element of each dish was amazing and presented beautifully. Not massive portions but just perfect once you’ve finished your final course. The service was fantastic with just the right amount of attention from the servers, and sound knowledge of the menu. We will be back very soon. Highly recommended.

The food here is amazing and the staff are friendly and helpful. In six visits here, everything has been perfect. One of my favourite restaurants. The menu is inventive and changes regularly. If you get the chance try one of the tasting menus, they are always fantastic made better, if you can leave the car and partake of the recommended wine to go with each course.

Very interesting menu and quality of the food is excellent! Staff appeared knowledgeable of menu and wines and were totally accommodating and attentive. My criticisms are the portion sizes, as much as I didn't leave hungry i did find myself looking for a little more. And the carrot cake was a loser. Overall however a great experience

What a great evening out. Food was delicious, inventive, and fun. Service was excellent. If staying in central Glasgow, worth the trip out for sure! Just take the train and walk up the hill past the hospital. Great value for the price and split the wine pairing if it’s two of you

Excellent food and wine. Staff were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Atmosphere was really relaxed. Highly recommend you give this place a go
