When you join our Surbiton Fitness & Wellbeing Centre you'll experience the unique Nuffield Health 3-step gym plan which is expertly designed to help you succeed, whatever your objectives.

Your journey with us begins with our 12-point Health MOT from which you'll obtain a 'health score'. You'll then carry out a personalised gym programme for 3 months before having a second Health MOT. If you have not maintained or improved your score you'll be free to leave with no obligation.

love the location. the steps to go to yoga studio are too high and just wondering if it is suitable for someone not feeling well or is disable.
not very pleasant to swim between 3 and 6 as full of kids.
there should be at least 2 lanes for adults only.
love the receptionists very friendly and welcoming.
not enough gym staff.
i am still a member there as i ignore the negative bits but over all not  a bad place to workout. l. don't like the class booking system.  when i book the class it says waiting list and only confirms half an hour before the class starts but its ok as i don't do too many classes accept cycle and yoga.
All the reception staffs are extremely brilliant and always have smiles on their faces.
Good to have Austin as a manager.

Good gym, however plenty of room for improvement across the club which I am sure they are aware of. Free-weight's and Gym floors equipment are in desperate need of an update. But all in all a nice club.

Currently a member and pretty unimpressed with costumer service and the way things operate in this place after having had a 3 complaints about the same issue (Broken Jacuzzi ) for all together 2 months and having my please either ignored or passed management on sight pretty much useless to help .
Head office has kind of helpful all of a sudden someone apologised and gave me a complementary massage for my troubles only to find out I can never book it on my availability cause they are constantly fully booked.
Again chased with a manager by email been waiting for over 4 weeks for a answer back upon having received a email confirming he would came back to me nothing yet what a absolute joke of organization shocked a company like this is behaving in this fashion.....

Beautiful building, full of character. I love the high ceilings and the the large window in some of the studios creating fresh, bright and airy atmosphere.

My wife and I are looking for good spa facility and had considered viewing this place but why should we based on the reviews. Reading the  facilities response to each review they are trite and lacking in care and consideration.
